So happy with my leather upholstery after Pristine detailed my Porsche

So happy with my leather upholstery
"Mark and Travis Fowler have detailed my 2007 Porsche 911 this past June and did an impeccable job. What I like is that they have extensive knowledge and experience of automotive paints and clear-coats.

They remove only the amount needed in order to remove and repair scratches and swirls to the paint finish. I also had them do the leather interior and was impressed by the way in which they heat up the leather conditioner before applying it so that it is readily absorbed into the leather.

My car looked, smelled, and felt like a new car when I picked it up after the work was done ! I highly recommend Pristine Detailing for their attention to detail, expertise, and honest assessment of your car’s needs."

Bring your vehicle new life, especially in winter months

water smart detailing
The basic level of detailing is cleaning. This refers to the removal of all foreign surface particles from exterior surfaces through the use of the right products for your vehicle, water and washing and claying. A clay bar helps to remove all contamination/dirt from the surface and embedded particles in the clear coat that cannot be removed through washing such as bugs, tar, sap, overspray, and so forth.

Pristine Detailing Services provides professional vehicle detailing at their shop at 1890 Highway 99 North in Ashland, Oregon. They are a member of the Air Force One Detailing Team. They specialize in water smart detailing and offer gift certificates for all of their services.

One of our most sought after services is headlight restoration. This is the process of removing the tint, fog, and cloudiness that appear in headlight lenses from normal wear and tear.  We can restore your headlights to their pristine state to give you a sharper night driving vision.

Detailing to fit your needs and budget

Detailing to fit your needs and budget
"Detailing" refers to the systematic cleaning, rejuvenating and protecting of the exterior painted surfaces of a vehicle. The primary purpose for paint detailing is to retain the appearance of newer vehicles or to revitalize older neglected vehicles.

We have complete detailing services that include engine detailing and custom detailing.

Cleaning is a preparatory step intended to remove dirt, dust, and other loose contaminants in order to allow full inspection of current paint conditions. Rejuvenation refers to the processes used to return a vehicle to its original showroom condition. The extent of rejuvenation is dependent on the customerʼs expectations. Protection refers to the maintenance processes such as waxing that are used to keep the vehicle looking new for as long as possible after detailing.

Detailing a 65 Cobra

 Detailing a 65 Cobra
We do engine detailing and custom detailing services.

Like many British specialist manufacturers, AC Cars had been using the Bristol straight-6 engine in its small-volume production, including its AC Ace two-seater roadster. This had a hand-built body with a steel tube frame, and aluminum body panels that were made using English wheeling machines. The engine was a pre-World War II design of BMW which by the 1960s was considered dated. Bristol decided in 1961 to cease production of its engine and instead to use Chrysler 331 cu in (5.4 L) V8 engines. AC started using the 2.6 litre Ford Zephyr engine in its cars.

In September 1961, American automotive designer Carroll Shelby airmailed AC a letter asking them if they would build him a car modified to accept a V8 engine. AC agreed, provided a suitable engine could be found. Shelby went to Chevrolet to see if they would provide him with engines, but not wanting to add competition to the Corvette they said no.

However, Ford wanted a car that could compete with the Corvette and they happened to have a brand new engine which could be used in this endeavor: Ford's 260 in³ HiPo (4.2 L) engine – a new lightweight, thin-wall cast small-block V8 tuned for high performance. Ford provided Shelby with two engines. In January 1962 mechanics at AC Cars in Thames Ditton, Surrey fitted the prototype chassis CSX0001 with a 260 ci Ford V8 borrowed from Ford in the UK; the 221 ci was never sent. However, early engineering drawings were titled "AC Ace 3.6".  (Wikipedia)

Detailing: Alfa Romeo

Detailing: Alfa Romeo
The company that became Alfa Romeo was founded as Società Anonima Italiana Darracq (SAID) in 1906 by the French automobile firm of Alexandre Darracq, with some Italian investors. One of them, Cavaliere Ugo Stella, an aristocrat from Milan, became chairman of the SAID in 1909. The firm's initial location was in Naples, but even before the construction of the planned factory had started, Darracq decided late in 1906 that Milan would be more suitable and accordingly a tract of land was acquired in the Milan suburb of Portello, where a new factory of 6,700 square metres (8,000 sq yd) was erected.

Detailing: Alfa RomeoLate 1909, the Italian Darracq cars were selling slowly and Stella, with the other Italian co-investors, founded a new company named A.L.F.A. (Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili), initially still in partnership with Darracq. The first non-Darracq car produced by the company was the 1910 24 HP, designed by Giuseppe Merosi, hired in 1909 for designing new cars more suited to the Italian market. Merosi would go on to design a series of new A.L.F.A. cars, with more powerful engines (40-60 HP). A.L.F.A. ventured into motor racing, with drivers Franchini and Ronzoni competing in the 1911 Targa Florio with two 24 HP models. In 1914, an advanced Grand Prix car was designed and built, the GP1914, with a four-cylinder engine, double overhead camshafts, four valves per cylinder and twin ignition. However, the onset of the First World War halted automobile production at A.L.F.A. for three years. (wikipedia).

Opti-Coat: lasting protection for any vehicle's paint

Opti-Coat: lasting protection for any vehicle's paint
Opti-Coat is not a paint protection wax or sealant that will wash away, or break down over time. Opti-Coat bonds with the factory coating, protecting the surface indefinitely and will not delaminate.

A single layer of Optimum Clear Coating measures approximately 2 microns in thickness. When compared to other paint protection products, Opti-Coat is more than 100 times thicker, with tests showing a wax coating measuring less than 0.02 microns.

This allows Opti-Coat to effectively absorb damage that would otherwise affect the factory paint layers. Swirl marks and light scratches are not only decreased by the harder Optimum Ceramic Coating, the factory paint is protected and preserved.

Opti-Coat is completely resistant to acidic environmental substances such as bird droppings. Unlike your factory clear coating that can be permanently damaged, Opti-Coat will not etch or dissolve when in contact with these substances, and a clean, glossy clear coating is maintained.

At Pristine Detailing we are certified installers of Opti-Coat. Talk to us and learn about the guarantee of this amazing product. Protect your car, boat, or SUV. Bring back that shine and glimmer all year long. Click here to check out our web page.
